Mike Pio Roda is the founding general partner of a sector-focused emerging capital firm, Triumph Culture Capital. Investing at the intersection of content, culture and technology, he has extensive experience with cross-border media and bridging North American and Asian cultures utilizing entertainment. He is currently completing his Executive MBA at Hult International Business School and with nearly two decades of experience and having lived in Vancouver, Hong Kong, and Manila, Mike appreciates cultures and approaches business with a global growth mindset.

An entrepreneur to his core, Mike co-founded Supreme Talent Management in 2012. Managing client budgets of over $100M, he has serviced global brands such as Coca-Cola, Apple, American Eagle, and Nokia for their campaigns and produced the 7107 International Music Festival. In 2014, he founded Pinnacle Live Concepts and guided the company, as founding director, from $0 to +$50M in revenue in 2016. He has connected brands and events with the likes of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Kylie Jenner, Kanye West, Shay Mitchell, Wiz Khalifa, Kendrick Lamar, and Robert Kardashian and many others. He has helped negotiate and acquire film, TV, and music content for his clients in China and the Philippines and regularly developed IP suitable for Asia. He has deep expertise in business development, corporate strategy, and corporate finance.

Currently a mentor for media-based startups through the Newchip Accelerator (Austin, TX), Accelerate Colombia (Boston, MA) and an entertainment consultant for Asia-based enterprises, Mike is a venture builder at heart. He also serves as the Director of Strategy for Triumph Entertainment and advises several media firms.
